What We Do

We campaign to end animal experiments. Subjecting animals to cruel and painful procedures in the name of research is, we believe, both scientifically unsound and morally indefensible. With reasoned argument and scientific fact at the heart of our work, our aim is to end the suffering of the millions of animals used in European laboratories.

How we’re ending animal experiments

The ECEAE runs key campaigns that are ending animal experiments one step at a time. We also keep a watching brief on European policy and legislation so we can ensure we’re there as the voice for animals in laboratories at every opportunity.
