No Cruel Cosmetics campaign on Czech TV!

We are thrilled that, Czech TV programme, „Chcete mě?“ (Don’t you want me?) ran a feature on animal testing and the ECEAE‘s No Cruel Cosmetics campaign on Sunday, 22nd January.  You can view the programme online.

Barbora Veclova of Svoboda zvirat, the ECEAE‘s Czech member organization, spoke about the cruel tests that are still carried out for cosmetics sold in the EU, and explained how the No Cruel Cosmetics campaign is calling for a ban to come into force in 2013.  She urged viewers to sign the petition at www.nocruelcosmetics.org.

The programme featured images of animals used in cosmetics testing, secretly filmed in a laboratory by the ECEAE’s French member One Voice.
